Richard J. Witry
Richard Witry is an attorney with more than 39 years of commercial banking experience and has been a member of the board of directors since 1999. He is a life-long resident of Skokie, Illinois, having served as commissioner of the Skokie Park District and trustee of the Skokie Public Library. He is currently Vice-President of the Skokie Historical Society and co-authored Arcadia's "Images of America: Skokie." Richard is president of the Luxembourg News of America and recording secretary of Section 15 of the Luxembourg Brotherhood of America which was founded in Skokie in 1905.
